Please fill out the ODRS registration form [fillable PDF] [docx] and submit it via email to odrs@math.mcmaster.ca with subject ODRS Conference Registration.
After submitting your form you can pay below.
Conference Fees
Note that all prices are listed in Canadian dollars. If paying by cheque please send your cheque at least a month before the specified deadline to allow it time to arrive and be processed. See instructions for paying by cheque below. Please see the bottom of this page for online payment. Note that all fees are non-refundable.
The conference fees include lunches and coffee breaks on each day August 8th to 10th. The banquet is included in the regular fees but not the student fees, though this can be added separately for students or accompanying persons for an additional fee.
The student workshop fees includes the coffee breaks and a lunch.
